Each item is 3D printed to order in Germany with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of small-batch production, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges only in cases of clear material or manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, missing parts, non-functionality).

  • Damage due to shipping, mishandling, or user error is not covered.

  • Please inspect your product upon arrival and handle with care.

Process:

  • If you believe your product has a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue.

Note:

  • Each piece is manually checked, but minor imperfections are part of the process.
