Welcome to chilln., a brand owned and operated in Cologne, Germany. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Description and Use
Our products are lifestyle accessories designed, developed, and 3D-printed in-house. They are not intended for illegal use. The use of any product is at your own discretion and risk.

2. Intellectual Property
The brand "chilln." is a registered trademark. Product names such as FATBOI, FATBOI SLIM, Highkeeper, Slimbox, Snackbox, etc., are currently not trademark protected. Any unauthorized use of our brand or brand assets will be pursued.

3. Design and Manufacturing Notice
All items are printed in small batches in Germany using 3D-printing methods. Slight surface irregularities, small imperfections, or minor deviations may occur due to the nature of additive manufacturing. These are not considered defects.

4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any misuse or unintended usage of our products. Products are sold as-is. By purchasing, you agree that chilln. is not responsible for any damage, harm, or legal consequences arising from use.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted in the case of material defects. Damage due to transport, user error, or general wear is excluded. Each piece is handmade and checked visually – please understand we cannot examine every item in microscopic detail.

6. Third-party Content
We do not take responsibility for any third-party content linked or referenced on our site.

7. Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes acceptance.
