All our products are individually 3D-printed in Cologne, Germany. We produce and ship in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Since each item is made to order or in small runs, delays may occur depending on production volume.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship with standard postal services or trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

• Germany: 2–4 business days

• EU: 4–8 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by region and product quantity.

Tracking

If available, a tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. Some small items may ship without tracking to reduce costs.

Packaging

We use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible. Items are packed securely, but we cannot take responsibility for minor dents or creases caused by shipping services.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery Issues

If a package is lost or undelivered due to incorrect address input by the customer, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your delivery information before confirming your order.
